Originally from Utica, New York, Mark made his way to the Cleveland area in 2006 to work as an Assistant Golf Professional at Acacia Country Club.  In 2008 Mark left Acacia for the lead Assistant role at Barrington Golf Club in Aurora.  In late 2010 his boss left Barrington and Mark was given the opportunity to take over as the Head Golf Professional.  Mark remained Head Professional for 13 years before deciding to make a move become partners with friend Todd Casabella to expand Optimus Golf and open his own Promotional Company (3 Peat Promotions). Over the years Mark has become a highly recognized and respected golf professional in Northern Ohio serving 3 Board of Director terms for Northern Ohio PGA and winning a number of awards including the 2022 Golf Professional of the Year, the highest award given to a golf professional.  As a player Mark has won a number of professional events over the years, has been a member of the NOPGA Ohio Cup team 7 times, and capped off his 2023 by winning the NOPGA Tour Championship.
